Show Policies:
1. Please stay within your allotted booth space and do not extend into the aisle ways.
2. Please pick up all trash in and around your booth space.
3. It is the responsibility of each vendor to report sales tax.
4. Exhibitor’s booth must be open and staffed during show hours. Unless it is an emergency, you are not allowed to break down early.
5. Attending Shop the Market at events/markets, you agree to stay the entire time. We respectfully ask exhibitors to NOT breakdown and leave early on day of show. If you pack up and leave early, you will forfeit your opportunity for being a vendor at future Shop the Market at LLC events. If you cannot attend a market please contact us to let us know. If you are a no show without communication you could forfeit your chance to participate in any future markets.

6. I understand that Shop the Market at LLC will place the booths in the order they see fit.
​
7. You may not be the only vendor selling your type of product/craft at the event. Vendors will be limited in each category. This is a handmade/farmers market only.
​
8. Vendors are held liable for any damages, by them or their party, that have been incurred while on the premises and/or to the property.
​
9. Since the event is both indoors and outdoors and mother nature has a mind of its own we will take in to consideration the following: Should there be a need to cancel the event due to severe weather (not light rain), death, venue inaccessibility, fire, flood, and other acts of nature out of our control, a credit will be issued for the next event.
​
10. If YOU cancel your application for an event there will be no refunds given at all nor are event application transfers available.
​
11. Events are rain or shine!

12. Vendor Setup:
Collegedale Commons~Setup will begin at 8am the morning of the event. Food trucks may begin setup at 7am. You must arrive no later than 9:30am. You must be setup by no later than 10am. Setting up after 10am is not allowed. If you arrive after 10am you will not be allowed to setup for the day.

Coolidge Park~Setup will begin at 7am the morning of the event. Food trucks may begin setup at 6am. You must arrive no later than 9:30am. You must be setup by no later than 10am. Setting up after 10am is not allowed. If you arrive after 10am you will not be allowed to setup for the day.

Mountain Arts Community Center~Setup will begin at 8am the morning of the event. Food trucks may begin setup at 7am. You must arrive no later than 9:30am. You must be setup by no later than 10am. Setting up after 10am is not allowed. If you arrive after 10am you will not be allowed to setup for the day.

13. Vendor Breakdown:
Collegedale Commons~Breakdown will begin at 3pm at Collegedale Commons. Starting April 1, 2024 the market hours for the Commons will be extended until 4pm and breakdown will begin at 4pm.
​
Coolidge Park~Breakdown will begin at 5pm.
​
Mountain Arts Community Center~Break down will begin at 4pm.
​
​***Special event breakdown (i.e. Christkindlmarkt) times may vary. We will notify all vendors by email what these times will be should they be different than those mentioned above.

14. Vendor parking:
Collegedale Commons~Parking for vendors is located to the the west of the visitor parking lot just a few hundred feet from Founders Hall directly across from the children's playground.. You may NOT park in the visitor parking lot near Founders Hall.
​
Coolidge Park~Parking for Coolidge Park is paid garage and street parking. There are more than 600+ spots around Coolidge Park. Outside of the parameters of Coolidge Park there is ample street and garage parking too. On the morning of the event, vendors will be allowed to park near the green area to unload. After unloading, vendors must move their vehicle to a parking spot. Vendors may then come back and set up.

Mountain Arts Community Center~Parking is typically located at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church. However the location could change from event to event. Location is 630 Mississippi ave., Signal Mountain TN, 37333. You must park in the back near the playground. There will be a shuttle provided. Shuttle hours to/from the church parking lot will be from 8am-9:30am and then again from 4pm-5pm. Parking around the MACC is not allowed! This is for customer use only. If you are disabled or have a health condition we can make an exception. Please inquire when checking in.

15. Shop the Market at LLC does not provide tents, tables or chairs. You must bring your own
​
16. Electricity is free at most events with the exception of convention centers. The average cost for electricity at these venues ranges between $25-$75 per outlet.
