Setting up after 4:00 pm is not allowed. If you arrive after 4:00 pm you will not be allowed to set up for the day. Breakdown will begin Saturday, September 19th at 10:00 pm.​​

• Ketner's Mill Fair early setup: Thursday, October 1st 10:00 am – 8:00 pm and Friday, October 2nd: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm. We strongly encourage all vendors to complete their setup during these designated periods to ensure a seamless experience. Saturday, October 3rd setup start time: 6:00 am.  Arrival deadline no later than 8:00 am. Vehicles must be relocated to the vendor parking area by 8:30 AM MANDATORILY. Please note, arriving after 8:30 am on Saturday will necessitate parking in the attendee area and manually transporting your items to your booth, as vehicle movement within the event grounds is prohibited once the fair has commenced. To facilitate an organized and efficient event, we highly recommend utilizing the Thursday and Friday setup times. Assistance for Saturday setups may be limited, and early preparation will help ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Breakdown will begin Sunday, October 4th 5:30 pm onwards. Your adherence to these schedules is crucial for maintaining the event’s organization and success.

Vendor Parking:

Collegedale Commons

Please do not park in the visitor lot, as these spaces are reserved exclusively for event attendees.

The official vendor parking area is near 4741 Ooltewah–Ringgold Road, approximately one driveway down from that address. Parking is strictly prohibited in the Little Debbie parking lot and on the green soccer field located across from Little Debbie Parkway. Vehicles parked in these areas may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

A pedestrian bridge is available to provide convenient access from the vendor parking lot to Founders Hall.

Chattanooga Green

Vendors may park in the lot located beneath the Olgiati Bridge beginning Friday, November 21, or on the morning of the event for unloading. Please be advised that this is a metered parking area, and payment will be required during operational hours. Vehicles may remain in this paid parking lot for the duration of the event, or vendors may choose to relocate to nearby metered street parking or one of the available parking garages.

Parking near the Mountain Arts Community Center is strictly reserved for customers. Exceptions will be made for individuals with disabilities or health conditions—please notify staff during check-in if you require accommodation.

Vendor parking is available in the designated lot across from the Hubert Fry Center, adjacent to the Security/Police Department. Additional vendor parking is located near the main entrance, close to the Management/Maintenance Offices.

McDonald Farm

Vendors are directed to park in the designated large grassy field located behind the horse barn and pole barn, closer to the train tracks. 

​

The field is located just behind the property manager's house. Please note that parking near the property manager’s house is reserved exclusively for guest parking.

Vendor parking is available at metered street parking or in nearby parking garages. Ample parking options ensure convenient access for all attendees and vendors.​

General Show Policies:

1. Keep within your designated booth space; avoid extending into aisle ways.

2. Ensure cleanliness by picking up all trash within and around your booth area.

3. Vendors must independently report and handle sales tax responsibilities.

4. Maintain an open and staffed booth during show hours; early breakdown is prohibited unless in case of emergency.

5. Acknowledge that booth placement is at the discretion of Shop the Market at LLC.

6. Recognize potential competition within your product/craft category, as vendors are limited.

7. Vendors are responsible for damages incurred on the premises by them or their party.

8. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued for any future market.

9. No refunds or event application transfers for canceled vendor applications.

10. Early breakdown at an event is strictly prohibited. Vendors who do not adhere to this policy will be ineligible to participate in future events hosted by Shop the Market at LLC.

11. Failure to attend an event without prior notice will result in ineligibility to participate in future markets organized by Shop the Market at LLC. Additionally, no refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show.

12. Events will proceed rain or shine.

13. Events may be indoor & outdoor or outdoor only.

14. Bring your own tents, tables, and chairs; Shop the Market at LLC does not provide these items.

15. Tables must be covered with floor-length cloths, ensuring a neat and polished appearance. Additionally, all boxes and supplies must be discreetly hidden from customer view, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.​​
